If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform or any of its services.

Note: These Terms apply to all users of the website, including, without limitation, individuals seeking moving services, individuals submitting moving requests, and moving companies or service providers that create accounts, list their businesses, receive leads, or otherwise use the platform.

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the website, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be collected, used, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

  • “Moving Company” or “Service Provider” refers to any business, entity, or individual that registers on the Platform, creates a profile or account, lists moving or related services, pays fees to My Good Movers, receives Consumer information or Leads, or contacts Consumers through the Platform.
  • “Lead” refers to the information submitted by a Consumer through the Platform in connection with a request for moving services. This may include, but is not limited to, the Consumer’s name, phone number, email address, moving details, and any other information provided by the Consumer. Leads are shared with one or more Moving Companies.
  • “Content” refers to all information, data, text, images, reviews, ratings, comments, graphics, logos, videos, software, and other materials that appear on or are made available through the Platform. Content includes both Company-provided content and user-generated content.
  • “Services” refers to the features, tools, functionality, and offerings provided through the Platform. Services may include, without limitation, mover listings, comparison tools, quote request forms, lead delivery, reviews, educational content, dashboards for Moving Companies, and related functionality.

Nature of the Platform

My Good Movers operates as an online marketing, comparison, and lead-generation platform. The purpose of the Platform is to help Consumers find, compare, and connect with third-party Moving Companies.

To avoid any confusion, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • My Good Movers is a technology and marketing platform only.
  • We do not provide moving, transportation, storage, packing, or relocation services.
  • We do not perform moves, schedule services, set prices, or supervise Moving Companies.
  • All Moving Companies listed on the Platform are independent third parties.
  • Moving Companies are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of My Good Movers.
  • My Good Movers is not a moving broker, carrier, freight forwarder, or transportation provider.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, availability, safety, licensing, insurance, or performance of any Moving Company.
  • Listings, rankings, reviews, and information are provided for general informational purposes only.

Any quote, agreement, or transaction for moving services is entered into directly between the Consumer and the Moving Company. My Good Movers is not a party to any agreement between Consumers and Moving Companies and has no responsibility or liability for disputes, claims, damages, or losses arising from such agreements.

Consumers understand and agree that they choose whether to contact, hire, or engage a Moving Company at their own discretion and risk.

Eligibility and Use of the Website

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and agree that you meet the eligibility requirements described below and that you will use the Platform responsibly and lawfully.

Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
  • If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or Moving Company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms and Conditions.
  • You must be legally permitted to use the Platform under applicable laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, creating accounts, listing a business, or communicating through the Platform.
  • Maintain and update your information as necessary to keep it accurate.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Use the Platform in a manner consistent with its intended purpose.

Prohibited Use and Access Restrictions

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take any action we consider appropriate if we believe that a user:

  • Has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information.
  • Is using the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
  • Is violating these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
  • Is interfering with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.

Such actions may include restricting, suspending, or terminating access to the Platform, removing content, or refusing service, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

Consumer Use of the Platform

The Platform allows Consumers to submit requests for moving services and to connect with independent Moving Companies. By using the Platform as a Consumer, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Submitting Moving Requests

When you submit a moving request through the Platform, you agree that:

  • All information you provide, including contact details and moving information, is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You are submitting the request for your own moving needs or with proper authorization to do so.
  • You understand that your information may be shared with one or more Moving Companies in order to provide quotes or contact you regarding your request.

Quotes and Estimates

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any quotes, estimates, or pricing information provided through the Platform or by Moving Companies are estimates only.
  • Actual pricing may vary based on additional details, inspections, services requested, availability, or other factors determined by the Moving Company.
  • My Good Movers does not set prices, calculate final costs, or guarantee any quoted amounts.

Relationship With Moving Companies

You further acknowledge that:

  • Moving Companies control their own pricing, availability, services, and terms.
  • Any discussions, agreements, or transactions regarding moving services take place directly between you and the Moving Company.
  • My Good Movers is not involved in negotiations, scheduling, payments, or performance of moving services.
  • Any disputes, claims, or issues related to moving services must be resolved directly between you and the Moving Company.

Your decision to contact or hire a Moving Company is voluntary and made at your own discretion and risk.

TCPA and Communications Consent

By submitting information through the Platform, including by completing a moving calculator form or providing your contact details, you expressly consent to receive communications related to your request.

Consent to Communications

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You consent to receive phone calls, text messages, and emails from My Good Movers.
  • You consent to receive phone calls, text messages, and emails from one or more Moving Companies that receive your information through the Platform.
  • Communications may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or other automated technology.
  • Communications may be sent to any telephone number or email address you provide, including mobile phone numbers.

No Purchase Requirement

You understand and agree that:

  • Your consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • You are not required to provide consent in order to receive general information about the Platform.

Message and Data Rates

You acknowledge that:

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
  • My Good Movers is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opt Out and Revocation of Consent

You may revoke your consent at any time by:

  • Following the opt-out instructions provided in any text message, such as replying “STOP.”
  • Contacting My Good Movers using the contact information provided on the Platform.
  • Requesting removal directly from a Moving Company that contacts you.

Please note that opting out of communications may limit your ability to receive quotes or responses from Moving Companies.

Consent Record Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your consent is recorded and stored by My Good Movers for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
  • Your submission of information serves as your electronic signature consenting to these communications.

Moving Company Accounts and Listings

This section applies to all Moving Companies and Service Providers that register on the Platform, create an account, list their business, receive Leads, or communicate with Consumers through the Platform.

Account Registration

By creating an account or listing on the Platform, you represent and agree that:

  • You are a legitimate business authorized to offer moving or related services.
  • You have the authority to create an account and bind your business to these Terms and Conditions.
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accuracy of Business Information

Moving Companies agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete business information at all times.
  • Ensure that all listings, descriptions, claims, pricing information, and representations are truthful and not misleading.
  • Promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

My Good Movers does not independently verify all business information and relies on the information provided by Moving Companies.

Licensing and Insurance

By listing on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You hold all licenses, permits, registrations, and authorizations required to operate as a moving company in the jurisdictions where you offer services.
  • You maintain all legally required insurance coverage.
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing your services.

Legal and TCPA Compliance

Moving Companies agree that they are solely responsible for:

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws, advertising laws, data protection laws, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
  • Obtaining any required consents before contacting Consumers.
  • Ensuring that all communications with Consumers are lawful, truthful, and compliant.

My Good Movers does not control how Moving Companies contact Consumers and is not responsible for any violations committed by a Moving Company.

Responsibility for Consumer Communications

Moving Companies acknowledge and agree that:

  • They are solely responsible for all communications, representations, quotes, and services provided to Consumers.
  • Any agreements or transactions with Consumers are entered into directly and independently.
  • My Good Movers is not responsible for disputes, claims, or damages arising from communications or services provided by Moving Companies.

Fees, Payments, and Billing

This section applies to all Moving Companies that create an account, list their business, purchase Services, or receive Leads through the Platform.

Fees and Pricing

Moving Companies acknowledge and agree that:

  • My Good Movers may charge fees for access to the Platform, including but not limited to listing fees, subscription fees, lead fees, or other fees introduced in the future.
  • The specific fees, pricing structure, billing frequency, and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or agreement.
  • All fees are owed in accordance with the selected plan or agreement.
  • Fees vary depending on selected Services, plans, and market.

Non-Refundable Fees

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • All fees paid to My Good Movers are non-refundable.
  • Fees are charged for access, exposure, and delivery of leads or opportunities, not for guaranteed outcomes or conversions.
  • Fees are not refundable due to lack of results, unused services, early termination, or dissatisfaction with performance.
  • My Good Movers does not guarantee lead quality, lead conversion, or business results.

Billing and Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, Moving Companies authorize My Good Movers to:

  • Charge the applicable fees using the selected payment method.
  • Process recurring charges, if applicable, for the selected plan or Services.
  • Store payment information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Moving Companies are responsible for ensuring that payment information remains accurate and current.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, is declined, or is reversed:

  • My Good Movers may provide a reasonable grace period to allow the customer to resolve the payment issue.
  • During this period, access to the Platform or Services may be temporarily limited or suspended.
  • Leads may be paused until payment is successfully resolved.
  • If payment is not cured within the provided time, My Good Movers may suspend or discontinue Services without further notice.
  • Outstanding balances remain due and payable.

Taxes

Moving Companies are responsible for:

  • Any applicable sales, use, value-added, or other taxes related to the purchase of Services.
  • All taxes imposed by federal, state, or local authorities, excluding taxes based on My Good Movers’ income.

Changes to Fees

My Good Movers reserves the right to modify fees, pricing models, or billing practices at any time. Where reasonably practicable, My Good Movers will provide advance notice of material changes through the Platform or by other reasonable means. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will not affect fees already paid or incurred prior to the effective date of the change.

Lead Delivery and No Guarantee Disclaimer

My Good Movers provides Leads to Moving Companies as part of its Services. By receiving Leads through the Platform, Moving Companies acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Lead Delivery

  • Leads are delivered to Moving Companies based on the information submitted by Consumers through the Platform.
  • Leads are provided solely for the purpose of allowing Moving Companies to contact Consumers regarding potential moving services.
  • My Good Movers does not control the accuracy or completeness of information provided by Consumers.

No Guarantees

Leads are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. My Good Movers makes no guarantees or representations regarding:

  • The quality of any Lead.
  • The accuracy or completeness of Consumer information.
  • The likelihood that a Lead will result in a booking, contract, or completed move.
  • The exclusivity of any Lead, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

No Refunds for Delivered Leads

  • Fees charged for delivered Leads are non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for Leads that do not result in conversions, revenue, or completed services.
  • A Lead is considered delivered once the Consumer information is made available to the Moving Company.

Responsibility for Follow-Up

Moving Companies are solely responsible for:

  • Contacting Consumers in a lawful and timely manner.
  • Complying with all applicable laws when contacting Consumers, including TCPA requirements.
  • Evaluating, qualifying, and managing Leads based on their own business standards.
  • My Good Movers has no responsibility or liability for how Moving Companies follow up with Leads or for the outcomes of such communications.

Reviews and User-Generated Content

The Platform allows Users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content related to Moving Companies and their experiences. By submitting any content, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Who May Post Reviews

  • Reviews may only be submitted by Consumers who have had a genuine experience with the Moving Company being reviewed.
  • Moving Companies, their owners, employees, agents, or affiliates are not permitted to post reviews of their own business or of competitors.
  • Reviews must be based on personal experience and submitted in good faith.

Review Authenticity Rules

Users agree that:

  • Reviews must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
  • Reviews must not contain false statements, exaggerated claims, or fabricated experiences.
  • Reviews must not include offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
  • Reviews must not disclose private or confidential information of any individual or business.

Prohibited Reviews and Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Fake, false, or misleading reviews.
  • Reviews submitted in exchange for compensation, incentives, discounts, or other benefits.
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws.

Moderation and Removal of Content

My Good Movers reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Platform Content

All content made available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, software, databases, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to My Good Movers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms and Conditions, no content on the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, published, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from My Good Movers.

Limited License to Users

Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, My Good Movers grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and its content solely for personal and lawful purposes related to the intended use of the Platform.

This license does not grant Users any ownership rights in the Platform or its content.

User Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the Platform, including reviews, comments, and other user-generated content, to the extent permitted by law.

Users represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that the submission of the content does not violate any third-party rights.

License Granted to My Good Movers

By submitting content to the Platform, Users grant My Good Movers a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and publish such content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

This license remains in effect for as long as the content remains available on the Platform and may continue as necessary to comply with legal obligations or enforce these Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited Activities

All Users agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

General Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Misuse of Leads and Consumer Information

Moving Companies and Users may not:

  • Use Leads or Consumer information for any purpose other than responding to a legitimate moving request.
  • Sell, share, transfer, or distribute Leads or Consumer information to third parties without authorization.
  • Contact Consumers without complying with all applicable laws, including TCPA requirements.
  • Continue contacting Consumers after consent has been withdrawn.

Data Scraping and Unauthorized Access

You may not:

  • Scrape, harvest, collect, or extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means without prior written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology of the Platform.

Spam and Unauthorized Communications

You may not:

  • Send spam, bulk, or unsolicited communications through or as a result of using the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to send messages that are deceptive, misleading, or violate applicable communication laws.

TCPA and Legal Violations

You may not:

  • Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or any similar federal or state law.
  • Use automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, or text messages without proper consent.
  • Engage in any conduct that exposes My Good Movers to legal or regulatory liability.

Suspension and Termination

My Good Movers reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time in order to protect the Platform, Users, and our business.

Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, your account, or your listings, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where we believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms and Conditions.
  • You have engaged in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
  • You have failed to make the required payments.
  • Your use of the Platform poses a risk to Consumers, other Users, or My Good Movers.
  • We discontinue or modify the Platform or any part of its Services.

Immediate Suspension

We reserve the right to immediately suspend access to the Platform if we believe such action is necessary to:

  • Prevent legal or regulatory violations.
  • Protect Consumer information.
  • Maintain the security or integrity of the Platform.
  • Limit potential liability.

Effect of Termination

Upon suspension or termination:

  • Your right to access or use the Platform will immediately cease.
  • Any active listings, accounts, or content may be removed or disabled.
  • Outstanding fees or payment obligations will remain due and payable.
  • My Good Movers will have no obligation to continue providing Services.

No Liability for Termination

You agree that My Good Movers will not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension, termination, or loss of access to the Platform, including any loss of data, content, revenue, or business opportunities.

Survival of Terms

Disclaimers of Warranties

The Platform and all Services, content, and information made available through the Platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Good Movers disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability.
  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content or information.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Availability, security, or uninterrupted operation of the Platform.

My Good Movers does not warrant or guarantee that:

  • The Platform will operate without interruption, delays, errors, or technical issues.
  • The Platform will be secure or free from viruses or harmful components.
  • Information, listings, reviews, or content will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable.
  • Use of the Platform will result in successful connections, conversions, bookings, or outcomes.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. You acknowledge that reliance on any information obtained through the Platform is solely at your discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Good Movers and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.

Excluded Damages

In no event shall My Good Movers be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill.
  • Loss of data or corruption of data.
  • Service interruptions, delays, or failures.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if My Good Movers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maximum Liability

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of My Good Movers for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform or these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you to My Good Movers, if any, during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, the above limitations may apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Good Movers and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform or Services.
  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Your communications or interactions with Consumers or Moving Companies.
  • Any dispute between you and another User or third party.

Additional Indemnification by Moving Companies

In addition to the above, Moving Companies agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Good Movers from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

  • Any violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or similar federal or state laws.
  • Any claims brought by Consumers related to moving services, pricing, performance, or representations.
  • False, misleading, or deceptive advertising or business practices.
  • Failure to maintain required licenses, permits, or insurance.
  • Misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or unlawful handling of Consumer information or Leads.

My Good Movers will provide notice of any claim subject to indemnification and may participate in the defense at its own expense. The indemnifying party may not settle any claim without My Good Movers’ prior written consent if the settlement imposes any obligation or liability on My Good Movers.

Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release My Good Movers and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or related to:

  • Any dispute between you and a Moving Company.
  • The performance, quality, pricing, availability, or outcome of any moving services.
  • Any communications, representations, or agreements between Consumers and Moving Companies.
  • Your decision to contact, hire, or engage a Moving Company.

You acknowledge and agree that My Good Movers is not responsible for resolving disputes between Consumers and Moving Companies and does not participate in such disputes.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you expressly waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states:

"A general release does not extend to claims that the releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of executing the release, which, if known by them, would have materially affected their settlement with the released party."

You understand and agree that this release applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Agreement to Arbitrate

You and My Good Movers agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform, the Services, or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as expressly stated below.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. The arbitration will take place in the United States unless otherwise required by law.

Individual Claims Only

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or consolidated action.

The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claim.

Class Action Waiver

You and My Good Movers agree to waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding against the other.

Small Claims Exception

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual claim in a small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains in that court.

Governing Arbitration Law

This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and shall be interpreted and enforced accordingly.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform, the Services, or these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Except where arbitration is required under Section 19, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to the Terms

My Good Movers reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

When changes are made, the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Platform, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Platform.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share information.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We may collect personal and non-personal information when you access or use the Platform.
  • Information submitted by Consumers may be shared with one or more Moving Companies for the purpose of responding to moving requests.
  • We may communicate with you as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with your consent.
  • Your information may be processed and stored in the United States.

By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.

Miscellaneous Legal Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or legal notices referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Good Movers regarding your use of the Platform and Services. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of My Good Movers to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of My Good Movers.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without prior written consent from My Good Movers. My Good Movers may assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions without restriction.

No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and My Good Movers. You do not have any authority to bind My Good Movers in any manner.

Survival

Any provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, governing law, and release of claims.
